L'ascenseur

Pablo is making strange noises. Noa thinks he might have swallowed something like a phone or a radio. They realize it's his stomach making the noises, but no one knows what he's trying to say.

Pablo's old pencils are almost used up, but his new pencils aren't the right shade, design, or scent. The Book Animals are worried. Without them, Pablo won't be able to draw anymore.

Pablo loves to feel the breeze as he swings on the swing. When it's the others' turn, Pablo enters the Art World and draws a bigger swing before drawing an airplane.

Pablo makes a mistake in his drawing and colors his shorts the wrong color, so he decides not to draw himself at all. But his friends in the Art World want to find him.

Pablo is frightened by a print on the wall of a cafe. In response, he draws a very confusing world and decides that there's nothing wrong with being a fearful person. Everyone is afraid of something.

Pablo loves plastic ice cream spoons even more than ice cream itself. He keeps them and makes friends with them, but Draff tells him he can't keep and make friends with everything!

Pablo has trouble understanding his mother. Her voice sounds disconnected and garbled. Draff thinks it sounds like Slippy Mouth, a very mischievous creature who mixes up words.

Pablo and the Book Animals rehearse jingles and play with words, treating them as meaningless sounds. Mouse and Draff find this very confusing.

Pablo sees colors coming out of the radio! He uses his crayons like a conductor and draws colorful music, but Draff insists that music is for the ears, not the eyes!

Pablo is very uncomfortable and doesn't know what's wrong. He draws himself in scribbles, and his friends have to find out why he feels so scribbled and who he is.

Pablo is fascinated by the tiny colored threads he can see on a piece of plush. In the Art World, he and his friends follow these threads, diving deeper and deeper.

Pablo opens a bag of chips too quickly and the chips fly everywhere. Pablo and his friends go to the top of a mountain, the bottom of the sea, and the moon to get them.

Pablo feels a strange tickling sensation and doesn't know what to make of it. He draws himself into the Art World, where his friends discover he's full of joyful sparks.

Pablo doesn't know which shoes to choose, worried that others will feel sad. His friends try to help him find a solution, such as wearing shoes on his hands and head.

Pablo finds an itchy tag on his t-shirt and decides not to get dressed. He transforms into a Quiltosaurus to be like his Book Animal friends and not wear clothes.
