Season 1 Episode 13 : La bonne bouffe

Eating well is now a concern for many young people. Marie-Ève, Krista and Justin discover the composition of a typical fast food meal: lots of fat, sugar and artificial flavors to seduce young consumers. Our protagonists then sign a petition demanding that restaurants be more transparent by indicating the amount in fat and sugar contained in food. They also explore the world of organic food and local products, much better for the environment and for health! The three friends mobilize the students of Collège Franco-Ouest to turn it into a Healthy Food School! The food served in the cafeteria is changed, an organic garden is set up and resources on nutrition and food are made available.
