En décembre 1951, Conrad Lavigne fonde la première station de radio qui diffuse uniquement en français. Fier de ses racines, il est reconnu maintenant comme un entrepreneur visionnaire. Sa principale qualité est d’avoir su reconnaître le besoin d’expression des francophones de la région. Déterminé, il leur a donné la voix qu’ils méritent dans l’espace public ontarien.
