Lucas and his friends go for a walk in the mountains. Hélène recommends drinking while walking, without waiting to be thirsty. Seeing a waterfall gushing out of the rock, the children marvel at how beautiful the water is. Encouraged by Celestin, Victor ends up drinking this spring water instead of a soda. The walk ends with a swim in the pure and fresh waters of a mountain lake.
