Are today's young people sufficiently prepared for the future? With artificial intelligence and automation on our doorstep, many jobs are doomed to disappear over the next few years. Added to this is an increasingly precarious job market, increasingly specialized trades and a shortage of guidance counselors in schools. Jean-Philippe Michel founded SparkPath with the aim of offering a better way to guide young people towards their future.
