On September 25, Franco-Ontarian Day, let us remember that in September 1975, a vast movement of civil disobedience was born in Ontario: it will bear the name of 'It's time! ' 'It's time! Was orchestrated by young Franco-Ontarians, upset at not being able to access justice in French in Ontario. 'It's time!' Therefore claimed the fundamental right of Franco-Ontarians to be able to express themselves freely in French before the courts of their province and also demanded, among other things, tickets, license plates, municipal bylaws and driver's licenses in French. To achieve this, we will choose to provoke the courts and the political community by various hanging blows that will lead their members ... to prison.
