Interview: Mireille Leroux is from Fournier, a small village in eastern Ontario. She owns an orchard where she welcomes families and groups who want to pick apples. In addition to offering visitors the opportunity to live this wonderful experience, Mireille likes to inform them about sustainable agriculture. She also manages her family poultry farm with her father. She is passionate and committed to all things agriculture and safe and healthy food.
