Originally from eastern Ontario, I bought an apple orchard with my partner a few years ago to turn it into an ecotourism business in the region. For several years now, we have been welcoming families and groups who want to pick apples. In addition to offering visitors the opportunity to live this wonderful experience, I like to inform them about what sustainable agriculture is. In addition, alongside my father, I manage the family poultry farm. I am passionate and engaged in the dialogue around agriculture and safe and healthy food issues.
