Amandine et Rosalie fêtent la journée des Franco-Ontarien(ne)s

Amandine and Rosalie, what a duo! Our two hosts celebrate their pride in being Franco-Ontarian and help young children discover the value they place on the cultural identity they have made their own. Discoveries, encounters and songs are on the agenda as Amandine and Rosalie take us to celebrate with them.

These clips allow you to help your students discover what it means to be Franco-Ontarian. With Rosalie’s help, Amandine discovers that although she is not from Ontario, she can also celebrate her pride in speaking French! Franco-Ontarians open the door to celebrate with them!

Young children will be introduced to Franco-Ontarian culture and the principles of inclusion and pride. They will learn to discover their own sense of cultural identity or even open their eyes to a new culture.
