Scientists who study stress say there are four ingredients to it – just like in a recipe. To remember this, they use the acronym CINÉ – C – I – N – É. An acronym is a word formed from the first letter of other words. With CINÉ, we are able to identify the sources of stress. And by knowing why you are stressing, you will be able to adapt to it; but also to prepare for it and, ultimately, to tame it.
