In general, indigeneous populations are grouped into three main categories: Inuit, Métis and First Nations. Thus, from the Abenakis passing through the Aloquins, the Sequis, the Crees or even the Sékanis, to name just a few, these indigenous peoples have forged the foundations of our society. Their land and their heritage are the founding stones of our country and continue to impact us every day of our lives. Therefore, through this webinar, we will present the colossal legacy of indigenous peoples and the lessons we must learn to continue to honor their culture and contribution to today’s society.
