Dépenser = Penser is a series of ten videos introducing financial literacy concepts from the new Ontario mathematics curriculum. Intended for students in FSL in Grades 5 to 6, the videos feature the characters Mina and Abby as they deal with everyday situations.

Mina and Abby discover how to shop efficiently, how to calculate taxes and what the exchange rate is. They learn to recognize the cost of their daily habits and to consider saving or spending their money. They explore investing, interest rates, budgeting and credit cards. All of this is done while considering taking into account to adopt actions for their community.
