Is finding adequate and affordable housing in Ontario still possible? A refugee from the Democratic Republic of Congo, Dane Kayi struggles to find a landlord willing to rent him a basement in Mississauga, the only type of housing he can afford. Meanwhile, a team of workers tries to house people experiencing homelessness and sleeping in tents in the dead of winter in Sudbury. And in Ottawa, a young couple is looking to buy their first home. Three very different fights but which come together on a central point: the importance of having a decent roof over your head.
