Hulotte chooses a game and gives herself the best role, that of princess. What starts out as a fun game turns into a nightmare when Hulotte becomes bossy. She soon realizes that she has to share decisions with her friends.

Benny thinks trolls are scary because of a book he read. His perspective changes when a troll comes to his aid. He discovers that the real troll is very different from the one in the book.

Penny hears that there may be treasure from a sunken pirate ship at the bottom of the lake. She has trouble convincing her friends to support her in her search. Filipa joins in the adventure and stays by her side.

Alfred wants to fly a huge kite, just like his brothers and sisters did, but he wants to do it alone.

Filipa wants to build a flying machine but is struggling to find a design that works. Increasingly frustrated, she decides to abandon the idea, but Hop and his friends encourage her not to give up. With this support, her idea takes off.

Hop and his friends are delighted to climb into Jérôme's hot-air balloon, but Hulotte is afraid of heights. Hop stays with her, but then sulks as he imagines his friends having fun.

Hulotte makes up a story about an epic toboggan run down Mont Jolie, but is caught in her lie when it snows and everyone wants to see her tobogganing skills in action. She discovers she doesn't have to tell stories to get her friends to like her.

Hop and Penny discover a large purple egg on Hulotte's farm. Ronny, who thinks the egg belongs to him, wants to eat it! They fight over the strange egg until its true nature is finally revealed.

Penny and her friends discover all the joys and challenges of caring for a new pet.

When Benny wonders what it would be like to go to the moon, Filipa decides to build a test rocket. The brave Mr. Ben is chosen to be the pilot. Benny disagrees and explains that he doesn't want to part with his special friend.

Hop, Penny, and Hulotte are tasked with making the best cake for Lonny's birthday, but they can't agree on what the best cake is.

When Filipa gives Benny and Sir Ben a book she's made for their birthday, Benny becomes too attached to it to lend it to anyone else.

Hulotte loses a toy she borrowed from Benny's toy library. She has to call on her friend Detective Penny to find it!

Reloue and Delisha jump to conclusions about a mysterious package Hulotte receives and lead the other Hoppers to believe that Hulotte is leaving town forever.

It hasn't rained in a while and Hop is sad. His friends want to cheer him up and understand that they have to support him until his emotions change, like the weather.
