Mathieu discovers what physics, the properties of light and human perception have to do with colour. Cécile mixes colours using the colour wheel and discovers the significance of colours in the history of the world. Max, for his part, discovers how pigments are made and explains why the sky appears blue when the sun is shining above us, and red when the sun is at horizon level.
