Alerte tsunami!
When we talk about tsunamis, we rarely think about their potential for occurrence in France, yet 80 of these enormous waves have been recorded there since 1564. As UNESCO recently pointed out, the risk of a tsunami in the Mediterranean is 100% within the next 30 years and could threaten a city like Marseille. Max, Cécile, and Mathieu want to understand how these extreme natural phenomena occur, what warning systems are in place, and what actions are being taken to protect against them.
