A night at the Vallée des Aigles observatory with Mr. Picard turns into a search for a fallen "star" when Luna sees it land somewhere in the Vallée des Aigles. Proud of her astronomical knowledge, the owl sets off in search of the meteorite, but makes several false starts by finding Mireille's campfire instead, as well as several glittering stones that certainly didn't fall from the sky. But when Bric starts adding his knowledge of rocks, Luna's competitiveness takes over and she's determined to find the meteorite first. Can Luna put her pride aside and keep an open mind to learn something new?
