Le coeur d'Auschwitz

On December 12, 1944, Fania was gifted a heart-shaped notebook with birthday wishes. On that day, she was celebrating her 20th birthday... at Auschwitz. The heart contains wishes from fifteen women. They made it in secret, risking their lives. In the heart of evil, they committed a breach of humanity. Filmmaker Carl Leblanc leads a quest to find the authors of this heart and to give substance to the magnitude of this gesture. This intimate approach gives us an unprecedented insight into the unimaginable suffering of the women taken to Nazi camps.
