Fix didn't understand an exercise he had to do for school to find out whether ice is heavier than water, so Kidi suggested he find out in situ, on the ice floe. Great! Fix and Pomme set off for Kidiworld, where surprise after surprise leads them to rescue a polar bear cub that has lost its mother, discovering in the process the mysteries of this astonishing expanse of ice and its importance for the climate.
