L'Escouade des monstres-maths

Concept: shapes. While he is at his nephew's birthday, the All-Grumpy Monster would like the Monster Math Squad to take his dog Waffle for a walk.

Concept: counting up to 10. Madame Patapain has a little problem at her pastry shop. Her scale is missing several numbers; therefore, she cannot correctly weigh the ingredients for her monstro-chocos recipe.

Concept: size. The Monster Math Squad learn how to differentiate between small, medium, and large sizes.

Concept: more. The Monster Math Squad help figure out how to play a game of musical chairs by learning all about MORE.

Concept: even. Even Stevie and Even Evie need The Monster Math Squad’s help. These twins like everything to be EVEN.

Concept: adding. Picky Eater Monster is at Barks and Stench General Store trying to figure out exactly how many items are needed for the picnic he is planning for his brother Persnickety Eater Monster!

Concept: half. Miss Murkly declares she will never bake again since a customer, Mrs. Half Monster, wants to return one of Miss Murkly’s famous Heavenly Half Muffins. Mrs. Half Monster claims her order is all wrong.

Concept: position. Long Tail Monster is trying to lead the Monster Stinkiness Parade, but whenever he starts marching all the other monsters suddenly disappear!

Concept: measuring. Using the secret monster math word MEASURE, The Monster Math Squad sorts out the little monsters' masks and helps them line up into rows for their scary picture!

Concept: all (counting). Mister the Frozen Slime Monster has great difficulty calculating the number of cups of slime cream sundae he sells to each of his customers.

Concept: slope. The Monster Math Squad helps Mr. Googly Eyed Monster to get his Wally Ball-y rolling again.

Concept: full. The Abominable Fridge Monster faces a real problem. It must be full of food for the picnic he is to have with the All-Grumpy Monster, but he is unable to fill himself up.

Concept: greater. The Monster Math Squad helps Garbage Monster to get to the top of his garbage pile.

Concept: front, back, and side (spatial relationships). Falls Appart Monster lost its nose when it collided with another monster. He would like the Math Monster Squad to help him find it.

Concept: too much and not enough. The Monster Math Squad goes to help three little monsters ride Monster Rodeo! They understand that you have to insert three coins for the merry-go-round to work.
