Mehdi et Val

While playing with two mysterious swords, Mehdi and Valerie are transported in the past and travel to the Middle Ages. What are they doing here? How will they get back home? While exploring the small village of Languille-sous-roche, they lend a hand to the villagers Roselyne, Flora and Tristan. The latter have to deal with Alix, the son of the local lord, a real pest who dreams of being the head of the village. This series brings the Middle Ages into the classroom! It explores types of resources, lifestyle and clothing, social roles, tools and how they were made, and much more. This series demonstrates the contrast between daily life in the Middle Ages and the 21st century by discussing stereotypes, medicine, traditions, laws and more. In short, this series allows students to observe, analyze, describe and compare this ancient society with today's society in order to acquire new knowledge on this subject.
