Students move from a solid to a liquid state to explore the mysteries of the water cycle. They determine the conditions that cause the transition from one state to another such as heat and cold and they even turn into droplets and steam.

The magic bus travels into space to divert an asteroid that is on a fixed course to their school. This space exploration identifies the components of the solar system such as the moon and planets as well as the technological tools used such as the telescope and spacecraft.

Cold day for the team of the magic bus which finds itself blocked on the ice floe. What better place to study heat than the icy solitudes of the North Pole? Do we really have to go all the way to the North Pole to prove that some materials let heat through and others don't.

Sent by the magic bus in the middle of a science fiction movie, the friends must trap a giant praying mantis. They study the defense techniques of this spider as well as its physical characteristics. With their webs, spiders know how to defend themselves and can easily survive in their environment.

Inadvertently miniaturized by Veronique's little brother, the team of the magic bus will have to build bridges and scaffolding to get out of it. They must study the concepts of size, shape, and function of a structure. They must make sure their creations can support their load.

While trying to make honey, our friends find themselves in a pretty tight spot. They transform into bees to collect the nectar, put it in a honeycomb and stir it to thicken it. This complex cycle shows the friends the importance of the bee's role and makes them see the importance of protecting this species and its habitat.

In order to find Arnaud who is missing, his friends must explore the properties of light such as reflection and refraction. Using various sources of artificial light and escaping from several ghost-like shadows, they manage to find their dear friend.

The class has a last minute surprise when Arnaud reveals his unknown antiquity artefact at the school lecture. After making several experiments, the students find out that this simple wheel-shaped machine has been used as a toy in our ancestors daily life.
