A working-class neighborhood in Montreal in the 1950s; a gang of teenagers. Held back and stifled by their very humble backgrounds, Tarzan, Moineau, Tit-Noir, Passe-Partout, and Ciboulette try to change their fate by smuggling American cigarettes. But one day, Tarzan, the gang’s leader, is caught by a customs officer. Overcome by fear and panic, Tarzan loses his composure and kills the customs officer…
