Victoria opened her own restaurant in Gatineau when she was just 13 years old. Victoria runs a restaurant where people line up to try her pho soups. To better understand the complexities of running more than one establishment, Victoria goes to Montreal to meet two brothers who also successfully share their culture through traditional dishes.
