Lying in the dugout canoe moored by the lake, Pompon reads the adventures of Brucette, his favorite heroine! Absorbed in the story, Pompon doesn't notice that the canoe is breaking away from the shore. Now shipwrecked like Brucette in the book, Pompon has no choice but to follow her example and become a real pirate!
