Nadia and Sylvain have fun breaking down plastic... not plastic itself... because that's really too long. No, they are going to deconstruct the notion of plastic: its origins, its chemical composition and the difficulties linked to waste. To do this, Nadia and Sylvain will cook little doughnuts that they will tie together in chains to represent polymer molecules. They will also make doughnuts of various shapes to talk about the piles of plastic in the ocean, or the difficulties associated with recycling this 'miracle product' that has become an environmental nightmare... not the doughnuts... the plastic.
