Agriculture is not your cup of tea? Think again! From small home gardens to community gardens, discover urban greenhouses! Whether in the city or in the country, citizen or commercial, greenhouses can provide healthy food all year round, even in cold climates! In this episode, Nadia and Audrey will demonstrate, with the help of a kettle and a tea bag, that a simple urban garden is no more complicated than making a good cup of chai! You just need to give it a little water, a little heat and a lot of love! Of course, enthusiasts can make it more complex by using techniques passed down through generations or more modern technologies, but a cup of tea is still a cup of tea and a garden is still a garden! It doesn't matter if it's on the roof of a skyscraper or in a salvaged shipping container!
