The challenge: designing an articulated arm to grip as many objects as possible on a plate. To make the arm, the families must use the materials in the box. During the challenge, they cannot pick up objects directly with their hands. Points are indicated on objects according to their size and weight. To help them, they have access to a mystery envelope with ideas for models, but they lose 20 points if they look at it. The family with the most points wins.
