Le dolly varden

Dolly Varden is an important traditional and cultural food resource for the Gwich'in and Inuvialuit peoples, particularly those living in Fort McPherson and Aklavik in the Northwest Territories. Biologist Colin Galagher, along with members of the Gwich'in and Inuvialuit communities, are conducting research to better understand the ability of these fish populations in the far northwest to adapt to a changing Arctic.
