En Jordanie avec Mohamed

Mohamed, 11 years old, lives in Amman, the capital of Jordan. We follow him as he buys spices at the market; they will be used to flavor his grandmother's favorite dish: mansaf, a dish of mutton and rice typical of his country. Mohamed takes the opportunity to stop at the Folklore Museum where he shows us the traditional Jordanian costumes and crafts. We also visit with him the great Roman amphitheater still in excellent condition. Mohamad, who is Muslim, quickly goes back to his room to do his prayers on his small carpet. As a family, they all go to visit Petra, the great ancient city in the desert, carved out of the rock. There are even camels and Bedouins, the only inhabitants of a desert covering most of the country!
