Inspired by her research on Iranian cuisine, Lilianne prepares to make a 'Fessenjan' while Baptiste goes to meet Max to make his family's favorite Iranian dish, 'Abgoosht', a lamb stew where Max surprises Baptiste with some interesting facts about saffron.

Lilianne and Baptiste are competing to see who will join Luna in cooking classic Italian recipes including gnocchi, small potato clouds, accompanied by pesto and a tomato sauce.

Lilianne is trying to make potato bread, a Haitian dessert, when Jemima, a fan of Haitian origin, invites her to her house to cook griot and fried plantains. All new ingredients for Lilianne and spices too!

Baptiste cannot resist the invitation of Mélissa, a native of Burkina Faso in West Africa, to prepare his favourite juice, bissap and soumbala rice, a popular carob known for its aroma.

While Lilianne makes a salty blunder with her Chinese bubble tea, Baptiste meets another Lillian who shows him a family recipe for Chinese dumplings.

Baptiste has to continue preparing hummus while Lilianne visits Cristiana, a young Lebanese woman who shows her how to use vine leaves to make appetizers and how to make her favourite salad, tabouleh.

Baptiste has lost his voice which leads Lilianne to cook at the home of Greek sister and brother, Amalia and Michael, who will show her the steps to make a successful souvlaki, tzatziki and traditional Greek salad.

After a mess of couscous, Baptiste goes to Maël-Isaac, a young Ivorian skilled in cooking on a barbeque with charcoal where together they prepare an Ivorian recipe; chicken choukouya and braised fish.

While Baptiste prepares a changua, Lilianne explores Colombian cuisine with David and his little sister and discovers, like many Colombians, that she loves arepas with cheese.

Lilianne prepares a Portuguese dessert for the vlog while Baptiste goes to meet Luka to prepare bolinhos de bacalhau or Portuguese cod fritters. The two friends enjoy the feast with a rooster at the table.
