Rivière-aux-canards

Rivière-aux-canards is a refuge. A refuge for nature and people who seek simplicity. It is a place where, in 1864, Father Marseille and 64 families founded an agiarian French-Canadian community in southern Ontario. In order for a community to organize itself and develop the means and tools to control its destiny, and even better, to promote its growth, it must be informed about the issues and challenges that are there and also about the possibilities of action based on that. Although this small village has never been an organized municipality, it is the human values that ensure it is still there!
