Val-Gagné and Iroquois Falls are featured in this episode. These very small francophone communities are still proud of their francophone culture and heritage. Unfortunately, the decline in population has meant that these regions are struggling economically! Paul Gagné talks about his field hockey career despite his roots in this small northern region of the province. People are still hopeful that the economic recovery can be revived in order to encourage people to come and settle in the region.
