As the sun rises, Michel Monette sits on his dock and sips his first coffee of the day. Later, in a boat with him, we sail along the banks of what was once his father's land. At the French River High School, Françoise Carrière is rehearsing with her students. Alain and Marc Séguin as well as their children are busy with their tasks and thus participate in the success of the family farm. Gérard Carrière, retired, has developed a passion for pottery. We are in the large living room of the 'Ceinture fléchée' inn and around the piano are gathered Michel Monette, Gérard Carrière, Françoise Carrière, Alain and Marc Séguin. Tonight, we laugh and have fun, as people from the North know how to do.
